Life in Australia is going to get bad for you Aussies. The UK and AU made a deal for any British to move to AU has to be 35 and under. Your governments have accepted most of the UKs drunks and drug dealers and rejected myself and over 35s who are not drug dealers or drunks. The crime levels will start to increase in AU in 2025-2026 onwards and you have Morrison to blame for that. Enjoy the raver Brits as your Aussies chose the wrong age group 😂. Such a shame.

got this storm down at menai, had some decent rain + wind. looks like you had a good view of the storm great video!

@joshuarandazzo7335 thanks for watching mate :) slightly unfortunate how one of the massive cells began developing near Campbelltown moving up towards us, but thankfully we had the other storm develop a few kilometres away, wasn't super lightning active, however made a fairly nice Shelf Cloud :)

Good to see you got something. i wasted petrol on a Southern highlands chase, but it all went rainy mess to quick
@SouthSydneyStorms22 күн бұрын
@ozthunder it was unfortunate how it began dissolving closer to Camden and Campbelltown, I was hoping to get a nice view of it rolling in down the street, but thankfully a new lot of cells developed fairly close to us near homebush and Canterbury, didn't produce much lightning, but had some nice hail in it which struck one of my friends in ashfield thanks for watching legend :)
@doowopdave922924 күн бұрын
It’s a wonder that no hail has fallen given how green the clouds have been.
@SouthSydneyStorms22 күн бұрын
@doowopdave9229 I'm fairly sure the Shelf Cloud was a dissolving storm, and the cell that developed a few kilometres away which produced some lightning created some fairly severe hail which created the sky to have that green look to it Thanks for watching :)
@WesternSydneyThunderstorms24 күн бұрын
Sadly missed my location by a big margin, that green shelf is lovely! Could have another shelf cloud on friday with the gusty storms
@SouthSydneyStorms22 күн бұрын
@WesternSydneyThunderstorms so keen for friday, probably gonna be a squall line way out west in the morning when that south west wind collides with the north west humidity... later in the evening might spark up a few cells close to Camden or Bathurst moving towards Sydney thanks for watching tho mate, it's strange how the storm in the video had a green look to it, despite not having much hail unlike the other storm, would have been nice to get a back shot of the storm further north but unlucky how it turned into one massive rain cluster which moved further east than expected
@WesternSydneyThunderstorms22 күн бұрын
@@SouthSydneyStorms Ill be on the lookout. Usually the blue Mountains block off the squall lines though, but we still might get those discrete cells developing as the trough gets close

Appreciate the effort you put in to find some views. Looked like cloud free skies ahead of the storm too. It would be an interesting challenge to get a photo of a plane in flight combined with lightning but even on video would be good too.

Thanks for watching mate ;) I'd love to visit the USA some day and spend a couple days crusuing around chasing some squalls and supercells haha
This storm system was one of the most fierce I have ever been in, I was in Mosman when it got cored by the northern supercell and gusts around 100+kmh pelted hail into my car. It was a monster night.
