I highly recommend using noise canceling earmuffs when shooting, especially for a first timer. It makes it much easier to hear instructions, at the cost of the firing noise being slightly higher. Notice that the range instructor has noise canceling muffs. They should be giving those to you as well.

Lived in Henderson for eight years great for people with kids. I've lived in Summerlin for 12 years and love it! You have so much entertainment and outdoor activities. Downtown Summerlin with shops and restaurants. Never a dull moment.

If I moved to Summerlin, I would want to have a house with a pool in the backyard.

I lived next to Fremont for a year or so. I would not recommend being too "social." There are a lot of drunk and/or crazy people around. It gets weird. I once got flashed there. By a woman, no less. And every so often someone would harass me about drugs. It was usually crackheads but some pill addicts too. People beg you for money and if you don't give them anything sometimes they follow you. I had two incidents that were pretty scary. Fortunately a witness walked by the first time and told him to leave so the guy ran away. And the second time I was close enough to home that I was able to dip inside before he did anything. It's far from the worst parts of Northtown or crack alley but it's not a place I where would recommend associating with anybody. It's just not worth it

What about the Spring Valley or Chinatown area?

I have never been in favor of the government getting in the way of free enterprise, but when hard working middle class families can't come close to buying a home, government intervention is needed, they should invest in building affordable homes to be sold according to ones income, but we know that will never happen 🙁

So we;re talking about a town but it’s an ad for a coffee shop and a craft brewery? So i move there for a coffee shop and brewery-the craft brewery thing has run its course and is dying out already. I live in Tampa area but by water and i think Tampa started this brewery thing and there was one every 100ft. They’re all dying out now that ppl stopped faking they like all these headache beers. Please understand people who are thinking of moving to Vegas gives to Fs about a brewery and a coffee shop. I’m assuming you’re getting paid from them but don’t do this because even tho I’m in love with you at 43 years old i might not watch again or look to you if a coffee shop should be in the reasons i move to a place. There’s coffee shops and breweries and restaurants every 5 feet where i live. So i don’t need to move there for those. One thing i think is better when showing Vegas is to not show so many Ariel views-some of these are gorgeous but the Ariel view makes it look so boring without trees and houses jammed together and everything setup like a boring grid and everything the same color. It was cool seeing they’re making areas with water lie Florida with our canals. That would motivate me for that area. Driving around Vegas makes it look better than drone views and it doesn’t seem so Barron when you’re in a car and this is coming from a guy that lives in Tropical area. But the drone views are depressing and make it look like winter in other states-with everything the same color and trees with no leaves. I’m originally from N.Y. and you don’t want to do a drone view of winter time to sell how beautiful it is. You’d want to show the drone view of right now with everything full and alive. I was surprised how much better Vegas is looking when i just went in October and I’m considering moving there. It feels like it really is going to start growing big time again. I almost moved there in 1995 and there wasn’t much for neighborhoods but houses were nice and had the Phoenix feel to the houses and they were reasonably priced even tho i was very young. I should’ve bought a house at least because they’ve skyrocketed but it does look like you can get a much better house for your money than you can in Florida now. I’d much rather see you drive thru neighborhoods to get a feel and some drone footage plus i do want to see the backyards because i like a pool and a little yard and i like the walled off backyards and wish Florida would do that instead of fence. Is there a growing population of people moving there with disabled/mentally challenged kids and adults. Is there a growing need for group homes for people’s families to house and care for their mentally challenged family members with autism and other issues? I’m half owner of a business here where we have group homes and a day program for these people we serve. Does Nevada believe in taking care of these ppl like Florida does-Florida has a lot of seniors so to keep the seniors coming Florida had to be a place that invested a lot for ppl with disabilities. So the last time we checked it was the biggest in Florida and you can make the most money here to keep growing your business to open more homes for these ppl-but if a state doesn’t care than it becomes hard to make money to actually care for them and support employees.

No one should ever move to Vegas. This place sucks now. It’s horrible here You have to pay an arm and a leg just to go to the casinos or the strip Trust me live outside of Vegas
