Jacob posted a video on Instagram, informing people that crime is on the rise in Las Vegas, including violent crime, and he suggest not visiting Vegas right now. What’s your opinion about that?

I don't really have an opinion on it rising because I have not felt it personally. My clients are not really mentioning anything either. Jacob is really good at looking at stats and reports, which is awesome! I like to go off of personal experiences and keep my feet on the ground when I make an opinion. I try to be carerul not to let media/broad strokes information scare me or deter me from my plans.

The reality is that crime is everywhere and there is no place that you can move without a crime. But some places a less and others worst.

Vegas is a very poor city outside of the Strip. You will see homeless, ghetto, sketchy ppl everywhere if u take the bus and go around in Vegas.

Oh, this is such a great question! There's actually a lot of really nice walkable areas...The Arts District and Tivoli Village is probably my favorate. You'll also love Summerlin. Gosh, what else? Beverly Green and Hillside is really nice, too. Honestly, there are a lot of areas!
