I love to make my own fresh hummus from organic chickpeas whith a fresh clove of garlic - and no added oil and eat it with my leafy greens or spread it on whole grain rye bread - it’s easy and delicious 💚💚💚

Dear dr Michael Greger - I love that you show the quotes from the articles - it makes it easier to understand you ( your passionate and very expressive way of articulating what you say sometimes make it really difficult to understand 🙃♥️)

Veganism is not a diet, it does not forbid any particular food. Otherwise I really enjoy Dr Lim's way of communicating about eating plants for health, he pays attention to the human side of things, so uplifting.

Parkinson's Disease has multiple causes, including environmental toxins, pesticides, dioxins. PCBs, eating animal meat especially beef, pork. Chicken. Trying going completely "vegan" by getting your proteins from plants, including dark green leafy vegetables, beans, soy, legumes, root vegetables like potatoes, yams, fruitsike berries, lemons, citrus, AND cut out sodas and sugar. 3 months. Feel the difference.

Great presentation. So is Greta Thunberg finally waking up to the realization that animal ag is the most devastating industry to our climate? So far, she has either ignored it or has been woefully unaware..., which I find hard to understand.

Thank you Dr Gregor for keeping me healthy. Doing it all. WFPB vegan. No processed foods, refined sugar, fried foods, chemicals eating the daily dozen with B12, vit D. Wish the world would catch up to us. You enable me to have a comeback to those non vegans . Great videos and books.

Hey, loved the vibe🙌! I'm not really sure if it is the best time to ask but, I was wondering if I could help you create a better distribution by working on post-production like better storytelling through Edits, Keywords, think catchy intros and outros, or even some engaging short clips! Would love to chat if you're interested.

I remember before they came out with the Ezikiel label their product was called Bible bread or Mahna bread. Some Europeon sources produce a pure sprouted loaf that is fermented to a sweet taste with no other ingredient than sprouts but it is seldom seen on the shelves of markets any more.

Good presentation. Just one comment. "There isn't a single [vitamin] we have to cycle through an animal to obtain it. We can obtain it the way the animal does, by eating plants." What about B-12? Even the Vegan Society says "B12 is the only vitamin that is not recognised as being reliably supplied from a varied wholefood, plant-based diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables, together with exposure to sun. Many herbivorous mammals, including cattle and sheep, absorb B12 produced by bacteria in their own digestive system. B12 is found to some extent in soil and plants. These observations have led some vegans to suggest that B12 was an issue requiring no special attention, or even an elaborate hoax. Others have proposed specific foods, including spirulina, nori, tempeh, and barley grass, as suitable non-animal sources of B12. Such claims have not stood the test of time." So we have to rely on synthetic cyanocobalamin?
