Per every 7 day stay, you can eat once for free at Ala Carte restaurants, and they need to be booked in advanced. We never got a chance to go but they are open, the fish restaurant outside near the waterpark was not open.

It was wlakign distance from our hotel in Zaandam , withing the shopping precinct. If you are in zandaam area check it out! Not far from station

MashaAllah lools very good hope you had a lovely. I usually fly Emirates but taking Qatar airways for first time soon and wondered what meals are like as I have a picky eater child. The qatar kids meals look so much better than emirates esp the snack boxes 👍😊 Just the adult meals do not look as good to me as emirates but maybe looks can be decieving and I'm wrong. I will also be taking a connecting flight I hope my luggage makes it onto the nxt flight 🤦♀️ Can I ask please what happened with your luggage then? Did they deliver it at later date? Thank you

I would recommend pre-booking a kids meal via the Qatar website /app (just put in your booking reference). But unfortunately, you can not see what's on offer until you are on the flight. My kids are also fussy, but I had to make do with what was provided. Maybe you should take some food just in case they don't like what's on offer.

So when we arrived and waited hours for our luggage, we had to go to the desk and tell them out luggage was missing and where our hotel is and contact number etc. It came 48 hours after we arrived and was a but difficult to arrange for it to be dropped it (language barrier & missed calls when we were out)

Wow, lovely comments! Plus, I got awful food poisoning and some of the most aggressive turkish salespeople we have ever encountered! It's not great, but still a lovely holiday, we love it (and that's why we keep going back) with the exception of these negative things.

The river is powerful! Thank u for the tips. The bats are cool but I find a little frightening to be near! Sorry you had such a bad encounter with the tour guide. Unfortunately some places are so so focused on making money they forget basic principles.

I should be used to they way some Turks as I have been to aturkey so many times, but it's so annoying as I hate the hard sell. The area with the bats smelled so bad! And you could see and hear them above, very scary! Still, I would recommend it, as the hotel is amazing but be aware of the dodgy tours.
