It's not worth playing 100+ hours. It's worth playing 360+ hours like I did. I completed 100% 3 times, actually thinking about going for another time. First time on normal difficulty, then two times on UH (first playthrough on NG+ and then NG). HFW, a FANTASTIC GAME.

this master difficulty turns the game into dark souls

I haven't played this game in 9 years (basically release) and I noticed right away you were swapping between new and old footage for the first half without saying it. kinda insane how such a subtle difference can change the look and feel.

Maybe late but for me is a 3/10 in difficulty, not hard at all, just skill issue

Wytchwood was a huge grind for sure. So many ingredients to keep collecting. That being said, it's still incredibly fast to complete compared to other crafting games and thankfully I never ran into any glitches.

Yeah. I couldn't get through the tutorial on ng+ master. Thankfully, it's not the only trophy I need for platinum. So I don't feel the need going for it. since it's on ps plus, and free. I'm not too invested. It was an enjoyable game though.

I got about 85% of the way through completing and my character select soft locked. What was previously tedious became the most frustrating gaming experience ive had in years.

I did my first playthrough of Kena on master difficulty. I like the harder modes because it forces you to learn the mechanics of the game and optimal ways to play. I got my platinum on pc and am going to do new game plus on master difficulty as well.

As you go along in your chronological playthrough you will quickly learn the art of droid/jedi cheesing to skip scavenger puzzles.

Totally agree. There were many reasons to like the game, but the combat and the difficulty of it made it seem like a different game at times. It kinda felt like a chore, honestly, especially on Master Difficulty in NG+. At some point i wasn't enjoying it anymore, but had spent so much time getting the rest of the trophies that i wasn't gonna walk away with only 1 away from the Platinum. I like a challenge, but something was off for me here. Still, i'm glad people like it so much and i hope they make a sequel or more games, clearly they put love into it.

My record in speedrunning stray was 1 hour 49 minutes and 53 seconds which in my opinion is pretty good since my first playthrough lasted for 5 hours 40 mintues and 10 seconds

I got the platinum trophy after 4 days so it was a little short but i enjoy replaying the game its quite fun

I cheesed the platinum trophy on ps5, tried master in NG+ and thought f this. Its realy hard, its NG+ so its hard and than master makes it even harder one slap and your dead. Did my play trough on spirit guide thats normal i can do it also on expert but master in NG+ no way!! So you can cheese it on Ps5!!😆👍

I'm the type to complete a lego game 100% before i move on to another game, but I've had this game since release & I'm still finishing the story. It's genuinely overwhelming how many collectibles there are, i might take your advice on tunring off the collectible detector for a while 😂

I just finished this game on normal difficulty, but I have no problem saying that I turned the difficulty down for the last 4-5 bosses - really good, really pretty game

I just got the Platinum for this game. I started on the Master difficulty. I luckily have that too stubborn to quit mentality when I get started into a game in which I can get all the achievements that don’t require any form of multiplayer. It took me about a week, but I feel like I really accomplished the victory here.

I went from playing Returnal to Kena. I completed Returnal twice back to back then installed Kena expecting it to be a walk in the park😂😐🤕I was wrong. The game kicked my arse! The puzzles felt like they were designed by Jigsaw’s apprentice in the Saw movies. At the point where you have to cleanse the 4 shrines to help move Taro on to the after life I found my self constantly getting frustrated and needing to go to walkthrough video guides on KZbin. As for the combat. That shit was so brutal I had to change the difficulty setting. The game is like a horror movie, not for the character but for the person playing. It starts out looking cute and sweet, you think it’s going to be like Ratchet and clank or another relaxing platformer and it turns out you’re playing Bloodborne or Dark Souls. Kena is practically the same type of game just with a character with a cute face and cute Saturday morning Dora the explora type music playing in the background.

I like lego games, I love Star Wars. I loved 100%ing this game. I also used Babu Frick instead of C3PO. Stupid protocol droids.

I cannot disagree enough about your opinion on the platinum! I got the platinum on New Game + where the difficulty is just another level, but beating it feels so satisfying!

You actually can skip cut scenes in chapter select by pressing R1. You just can't skip them on your regular playthrough.

I have gotten this plat…….. that one trophy 🏆 was hard I hate that trophy can’t catch me. But now I got a push myself to platinum all the crash bandicoot games. Sorry I said all crash bandicoot games I met three.

Why are people obsessed with getting all the achievements in a game? Does platinum achievement mean anything? Can you use it for a career or put it on your resume? 😂 Nope. So who cares.
