The wiper holder was dirty, and the little belt did not have the strength to move it. I shaked it a bit, and pulled out manually, there was a lot of ink dryed behind it, so it is understandable that this caused a problem. This is a helpful video, thank you.

i bought a used printer a couple days ago..how often do i need to do a cleaning and how often do i need to print to keep the heads from drying out? and whats the recommended cleaning sloution to use?
