I owned FREE STANDING STAIR in Temecula California but closed in 2008. I have built around 100 stairs similar to this one. Nice work my friend! Reminds me when I built a staircase in my backyard once. Built most of my stairs in shop or on job site. Too much labor and time in between jobs. The money was good. I used to build a stair like this one in about 7 days. Then I started slowing down to enjoy the process a bit more would take about 12 days on average.

Did you ever get the answers you wanted. Just curious because I have 20 plus years experience without circular stairs, which is basically what this is...not what I consider a spiral.

I like this version of ashiatsu. Instead of silk robes, blue jeans. Looks like a cowgirl just pulled off her boots to give a massage. Love how different it looks.

Greetings from the Bitterroot! We only sell dry, ready to burn wood too! I hear that’s uncommon. Good strategy on the cull wood from the mills. I need to see what’s available in Darby.

Service above and beyond Six years ago we purchased a large and complicated Trane heating and cooling system for our home on Swan Lake. I am quite frankly surprised at the service that Bill has provided after the sale was over. Bills personal attention and Follow up has actually been amazing. I would highly recommend Bills Super Heat. Frank Kolendich

Hey, I actually build spiral stairs for a living, my father is the real expert. We build them on the job site now instead of a shop. Not that many people do this work. We did 2 with landing etc.. Cheers, to see there are more stairmasters ^.^

Although I don't do it anymore, I consider myself a stairmaster. It looks complicated to most, but quite simple to those of us that are experienced.
@prawlingbadger2642 Жыл бұрын
@scott wright yes I'm actually doing those exact stairs, and that's the annoying part, we usually use a finish im the interior for them to paint, otherwise the finish detail after Installing the threads is a bitch to anyone....
@scottwright388 Жыл бұрын
@@prawlingbadger2642 stairs get a lot of abuse in new construction, since they do install them for all trades to have access. The good higher end builders will install temp stairs.
@prawlingbadger2642 Жыл бұрын
@scott wright Did you know that if you build them "on" or at the jobsite you don't even need a license? This is in CA
@scottwright388 Жыл бұрын
@@prawlingbadger2642 I didn't, but I imagine you have to meet code requirements...I'm all the way on the other coast.

This has been uploaded for a while but if you are still answering questions I'd like to know how it was disassembled? If the treads are lagged in did you finish the tread laminate onsite? Thanks!

How much do you charge for a finished piece like this, nice work if you can get it, I love the bend and twist in the strings... I would love a chance to do a job like that, but where I live people only like straight flights lol....
