ah this style of music takes me back, in time, yet makes me kind of sad and yearning for the time gone by, remindes me of look at us now by sarina paris in a way, this makes me yearn and reflect also on loves or friendships though might have been back then that were too short lived. curious though why do you call yourself Father Koi? is that not overtly male ? when you give a slightly girly vibe and the few songs I heard sound heartful and frank like a conversation with someone close and you can speak earnestly to/

Oh for sure! I am a huge fan of early 2000s/90s lolita - more of the traditional black/white/red/pink colorway and less pattern - as well as my favorite pattern tartan! And no I'm not vietnamese but I have a lot of friends who are :p I'm hoping to do a joint video with one of them soon about fashion, keep an eye out for it :D

@@FatherKoi yea it was a differant time, and now soo much has changed since the pandemic, I havent been to an anime con since 2019 I enjoyed them I did, but now there is next to no free anime to watch on line, so I see what I can on disney xd, and toonami, but the anime shown arnt really ones I really love or get into, and cons I feel its gotten so Woke that they will no longer accept me as a conservative unlike the way they did, especially in the cons at chicago in rosmont, also the price is though the roof, then there is my old love of dirt track car racing its very much something I went to growing up and a huge part of indiana history since the earliest days of racing, and helping out in historical railroading it allows me to be part of something bigger then myself and make history, not just be a bystander if you will, long and short the steam loco we maintain and run was the first one to be brought back and restored by an all vol nonprofit in the usa that they know of maybe even the world while others were restored by actual railroad companies, and it holds the record for longest excursion train at 34 cars without help from another engine, and that was uphill the whole way on the most renound trip on the east coast of the usa in the 1990's, but for that its not super old school its just black pants white shirt and maybe a tie like it would have been in the 1950's

first I am hearing of you, but I am kind of liking, soft voice and songs reminecent of the turn of the millium and late nineties, and instrament and tonal sounds that remind me of 90's anime or the more laid back ending themes think sailor moon cardcaptor sakura dragon ball, and big o, or some of the other late nineties stuff, or maybe that laid back ending theme of otogi zushi, its not super popular but its good if you like old japan using historical figures like the myamotto clan and abi no semei and the magnatama it has two arcs on is heien period japan and one is modern day early 2000's to it. it reminds me of something that was kind of lost that I try to keep alive like lightning in a bottle, though some of the stuff has kind of came back full circle fashion wise from when I was that age but its as fast fashion, or a bit re matched and shorter lenght or more pastel as far as guys fashion was a year or two ago very 80's ish. still though there are those that dress timelessly but still look many eras such as the people I do historical railroading or go to church with, much floral prints kind of grandma furnature prints and nice hats and vails the ladies were, guys its a suite buisness causal, or usually a nice light colored or plaid shirt and after church a nice hat many of them, its like what our grandperants and great grandperants would have worn but its how some of them dress every day as they are homesteaders of sort, but might work in a factory or in computers or, in engineering, as well as raising some of their own food to feed the large family of kids. this is kind of a glimps of my past, lightning in a bottle, and the lyrics are not objectionable, I lement we dont have good soft rock today or songs of long lasting love its always berating the other sex, or about one wild night, not stuff of being togather forever like rick astly sang about or frankie vallie and the 4 seasons, nor the 4 tops, or whitney houston or areatha franklin as much as I love the song beautiful things, cake by the ocean, or sunroof, or perhaps safe and sound, or maybe some olivia rodrigo, or the retro beats of megan trainnor, but the last one she so insulting to guys
