Haii how do you fold the beret like after it is dry ??

Thats a great idea to apply a thick layer onto the welt with a toothbrush. That will definitely help with waterproofing

Sgt here, previous flight commander, drill team member, and current Guard Commander. My boots were always the weakest part of my cadet appearance, it was embarrassing to say the least. Thank you for giving me a good tutorial for boot polishing, I can finally be proud of them. Much love from 172, and I will be recommending this video to any of my cadets with boot issues.

Hello! I've recived my beret, but it's missing one of the two vent holes, and the one that I have is damaged and falling off. Is there a location where I can buy new vent hole "covers"? Thanks.

Hey Thomas, I've tried to do this method multiple times, but I failed to get a mirror shine. While the shine is there, it's not the cadet standard. Any tips or advice that I can use to get a further shine?

One of the things that I find helps a lot is to use neutral polish after shining. I’m currently a Sgt in the RCAC and I find using neutral polish afterwards gives an amazing gloss and soon you’ll be able to see your eyelashes and the colour of your shirt

Nice video. Very informative. But please help me; I can't get a shine on my leather work boots to save my soul. I'v tried everything known to man and experimented with every technique and medium for years, right out of the box boots and old boots. Is it me or is it the leather? It's almost as if the supple leather is too porous and the wax or polishing oils never completely dry. I generally wear Red Wings, Carolina's, and ThouroughGood's. When I was a kid in the 70's and 80's, they would always shine up to a mirror finish. Your help would be greatly appreciated

Hi, I really need help. In the video you start from a brand new pair and get mirror shine in 4 minutes. I've been literally trying for so long but I haven't achieved this. One of my friends said it took him two hours to get a mirror shine. If you could offer me some advice that would be great
