Hey! DrogoDGN amazing review but i have 2 question; i want to ask your opinion about what you think. First; if i have to choose between Moondrop Starfield 2 or Truthear Zero Red x Crinacle for competitive shooter game which one is better? I had to ask because of how highly criticized people about starfield 2. But i really love the Starfield 2 because the look is really good, i also found someone opinion on Reddit that Starfield 2 have amazing soundstage. And Second question; if i have to choose between Moondrop Starfield 2 or Truthear Zero Red x Crinacle for music purpose which one should i choose? Because i enjoy game that associate with music like Geometry Dash and Arcaea. My ear really enjoy music like EDM, Japan music, rhythm game kind of music, instrument music/sounds?(kind of), something like vocal voice sounds and many more maybe. My budget is not determined yet, but i believe the max is at Starfield 2 price? So is okay if you suggest other IEM too. But so far that this two IEM that i considered to pick. I actually considering Aria 2 and Tangzu Xuan Nv x HBB too. Anyway sorry if my English is bad 🙏

7K hours in Apex and not having premium audio is like being blind for me. What IEM were you referring to that gave you the best pin point audio and no muffling of other noises? Cost isn’t an issue

Why would you use airpods max with android ....theyre not even the best headphones for apple users.....bose quiet comfort ultra AND sony xm5 are both better and cheaper. And also, the galaxy buds 3 pro are now out and literally just airpods for android.....so ....

I’m looking for good directional sound, if I can hear them above me or below me as well as where and how far away they mights be. Also looking for good sound when it comes to shooting, like in COD where firing, throwing grenades, airstikes sound good and punchy and not fatiguing or boring-if you could please help

@GermanAchilles you are definitely getting better value with the zero (the supermix isn't 2x better like the price suggest) but the upgrade isn't a waste of money. In gaming it's gonna be pretty similar, you might get a slightly better experience, but I definitely can notice a difference when it comes to music and watching videos/shows.

I use my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for gaming, which works like a charm. I can't ever seem to get used to using headphones like my Razer Blackshar V2 wireless. and it's so uncomfortable putting so much pressure on my jawbone i tried many ways to wear my headphones but it just never workes out. I may just change my headphones to earbuds

In my place, the Starfield 2 is sold with around 82 usd, so is it worth getting it over than the Aria 2? Also question, would it be good enough if i just plug in my laptop and play? I mean i often see people use some kind of audio converter or whatever it's called, i'm not an audio guy so i have no clue what they do and would they make any good change

@skedemon7361 yes those are fantastic options as well. Again I personally if I was on a budget, would spend max around 100 to get the best option while still having some value. If you want purely value and on a tight option, you can still get like 90 percent of the experience with those option.

@Bob-g5y5v I don't record mc anymore. There is no reason for me to use it. It's only for gameplay and games like Apex (which is 90 percent of the gaming clips I use) don't need flowframes. If I still did record exclusively mc, I would probably still use it. The cons are that it does take time to use.

@Sithnix the kadenz is a good option, I also liked the starfield 2 for imaging and it is cheaper. A good overall iem is the em6l, which is around the same price as the starfield. And the blessing 3 is super good imaging, but it is expensive.

Great video! So from your experience, what would you say is best for games with very quite footsteps like Rust or Tarkov where Directional Sound is really important as it can really put you in advantage for having good audio quality. What would you recommend? Are headphones better in those games or can IEMs actually out perform headphones as the sound goes directly into your ear canal? *Edit: Price range does not matter but preferably below $300 if possible.

@funnyjah1807 The thing is, with those games, I would say soundstage, and the depth is where I notice the biggest advantage with headphones. If you want an intimate sound for games like valorant or r6, then iems. But since budget isn't a problem, headphones would be better for a more open world or larger games because the distance perceived from soundstage is more advantageous.

The r70x is a great sounding, immersive headphone with great soundstage that puts you in the middle of the game. It has the tuning to make those games feel natural and very fun, while still having the imaging to track people down

@@DrogoDGN just one more question, would you say an IEM can be used for my case? Because I love the way IEM is comfortable while gaming and does not cause headphone hair, but I just want one I can rely on for directional sound. Since right now, when I get shot at, my $50 IEM portrays the sound from the front, but I was actually being shot from the back which makes gaming harder.

@@EthanALS mic attachments are compatible with every iem. There are 2 types of cable connections that cover 99 percent of iems. 2 pin and mmcx. This iem is 2 pin.

@leojames9390 zero on the lower end, the starfield 2 and em6l are my favorite on the upper end of your budget. Well, they are a little bit more expensive than your budget, but I think you're getting almost an endgame experience with them. The Hexa is also a good option within your budget.

@Longdog2 I haven't tried the dusk. But people say it's better tuning wise. So I would say the dusk is the best option out of all 3 of those. Granted I think the Kadenz is the better value, but the b3 or dusk is still slightly better. The dusk and b3 are purely preference in the tuning, and most people prefer the dusk.

@Longdog2 kadenz is single DD driver, while Dusk sports a thribrid (3 sets of different types of drivers) config - it is generally much, much better than kadenz, even if you are not planning to play with EQ
