@@johnf1121 Great questions! Palm Springs oddly isn’t water starved, even being in the desert. Unlike LA that relies on the Colorado River allotment we have a natural underground aquifer that’s fed by mountain snow melt. As for the hyphen I couldn’t say, I’m curious too.

When you saw the beginning of the video that you were going to show the final home where she died I was wondering how you got in to Southridge. I assumed you must live there or maybe you knew someone who lived there. Interesting to see the house from down below. I went to a graveside again this morning for her birthday. I wanted to see her headstone without the shadow on it from the tent. When I first got there, it was soaked from the sprinklers so I had to wait for it to dry to finally get a nice image. I uploaded that image to find grave since it still didn’t have a photo. But a couple of hours later I saw that they use yours instead. You got some very nice images late in the day like that. 😄👍

Thank you for this video! I have always loved Barry Manilow since my early childhood and have many of his records from that time. It was interesting to get a peek at his Palm Springs home, albeit a very obscured exterior view only. Its great to know that he has a place to enjoy his privacy away from his hectic show schedule. I really wish we could have gotten a tour of the home and compound like the title implied.

You are very welcome and also happy to hear you’ve enjoyed your time here on past visits! I do hear and appreciate what you are saying, I always try to walk a fine line between respecting the homeowner’s privacy, and showing as much as possible, and if the celebrity still lives in the home I’m even more careful about protecting their privacy. I generally try to show what you would see if you were visiting and took a celebrity home bus tour or even a little bit more (in this case the back side which is on a very narrow street). I did look online for interior pics but there are none aside from one very misleading video claiming to show inside shots but I can tell by the lush greenery outside the windows that they are not from a Palm Springs home let alone Barry’s. I’d rather show only factual info than make things up like that for views. Thanks for stopping by and I’ll make an update video if i can add something new!
