Extremely expensive places to visit I have been in all seasons many times as my family on mother side is from the region. It is extremely over touristed!! Be advised the number or tourists is insane and the Jungfrau train is just as bad in every regard for expense and numbers. Some of the tourists are also rude and entitled as they wear their bad designer label imitation clothes to show they have money or supposedly so! Seriously, there are better places to go in BE region of Switzerland than these and with less people.

I love Malaga. I love Valencia. I love Barcelona. I love Nerja. I love Torremolinos (I pretty much love Spain tbh)... but none of them have matched Alicante for 'chill'. I retired here 4 years ago (not Alicante, a little town further up the coast)... and there's sooo much more I've still to visit. Madrid, Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba... the list is ENDLESS

@@TheTravelersPlanet a lot of them do not explicitly write the prices on their sites... friends mentioned they had to pay 80,- to 100,- CHF... but those might be the exception, so it for sure is often cheaper, it is good to ask in advance

So glad I zoomed out just a little when looking for a place around here. Found a place with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the valley for a good bit cheaper than in Lauterbrunnen itself. There are also some great places over in Mürren, caveat being you'll have to get up there via cable car with whatever bags you bring.

Do you think that sleeping in my model 3 might be putting my health at risk? I removed the back seat bench. Now that I've seen that orange high voltage connector right under the seat, I'm second guessing putting down the backseats and sleeping in the car usually right on top of that high voltage connector. I'm curious to hear what you guys think about it. I appreciate your comments. Thanks
