Goofy, that’s not karate. That’s street fighting. In karate, you never run at the opponent like that. EVER.

This guy isn't just a strongman. He's a Taiji/Aikido master.
Do you practice kata like a blind bat? The series of punches, kicks, blocks, attacks and counter attacks have reason for then to be incorporated in the kata.

Any way. I do data science and business, be ause you win nothing with martial arts apart from punches a kicks. These arts are old, inspite of their argued usefulness and the yield is negligible.

Do you wake up in the morning and practice 200 pushups, 200 stimuch conditioning, squats and back training? Do you do your stretches in the morning? Do you practice one kata in the morning or once per day? Do you practice kata in a real fight and see how it works? If the answer is patchy, then do not say you are a fighter.

A fighter can navigate through the firms they know and construct what fits best in a fight. Fight one, two, three, four, five, six, seven or ten fighters. Do you know your abilities? Do you know your karate what it requires for it to be used effectively.
@amousawie18 күн бұрын
Yes, You must understand Karate....... You can't expect your opponent to stand still and let you puch and kick them in any form that might come in. Your opponent has their strength and has their own abilities. Launching an attack like these "fighters", will get you nowhere. Also, kicking a straight kick from a front position is only done in training to allow to practice kicking and not win a fight. Only if you use the form thoughtfully and by understanding your opponent, only then, your straight kick will work. Otherwise, you are just waisting your energy. Just watch how this powrr lifter is throwing them about. You know his upper body is strong, and you know his middle body and back is strong, you also know his arms and shoulders and iron strong, so, what else can you do that they can not? What else is his body is not as agile or flexible? Can they turn as fast? Can you resist their arms? Can you show power in your moves? And can you spot their weakness and use your power to your advantage? Do you have power to start with? Do you have Karate to start with? You can't just kick and punch and flip and call yourself a fighter.
