So glad you guys traveled out to visit Fo Guang Shan, always visit when I go back to Kaohsiung my hometown as a Taiwanese-American. It’s so serene and peaceful. There are several sculpture and glass exhibits inside. It’s like a big art museum. Next time you guys can check out Rui-Feng night market (瑞豐夜市) it’s much larger, has better and much more food options/games/vendors/things to shop for, most Kaohsiung locals head out to Rui-Feng night market . Amazing food. Can spend the whole night there just walking and shopping around. Very well organized into several lanes.

Great video. I've been to Harry's next to the Navy base many times. They have lots of pictures of celebrities visiting, it opened in 1936, but one of the best is KFC's Colonel Sanders which you are sitting next to when you have your pie and hotdog.

The chapter breakdown is super helpful for viewers wanting to skip to specific sections. I can't wait to see the Michelin Guide Goose & Duck segment - sounds delicious! Bahn Mi is a lunchtime staple in Australia so you need to buy it before 2pm otherwise the bread will be chewy and stale tasting instead of crisp with soft inside. Many suburban shops close after the lunch rush around 2pm-2:30...the bread is baked daily but they can run out and use day before bread. Best to just arrive at the right time.

I'm visiting Taichung for a day and could not choose between Yi Zhong and Feng Chia. Yi Zhong is much more accessible from the Center but Feng Chia appears to be larger in scale. Which one in your opinion is the better option if we're only going there to explore the food? :)
@fomoyolotravelАй бұрын
@@earthtonikka for me if I had to choose between either one as a visitor, I think Feng Chia hands down had much more options and the overall experience was a bit more grand than Yi Zhong. Hope this helps? Enjoy your visit!

It's very interesting to me to see your suggestions. Many of this kind of videos talk about the same places, which you didn't in several suggestions. As to "you have to put olive oil in the sardines"... No, you don't (I don't). Many people even prefer the oil of the sardines (if they aren't dry) on the potatoes. Thank you for your suggestions (I'll try a couple of them) and please do come back to try some other places.

Great video, loved it. Appreciate your care for correct writing and pronounciation of all the different things. At 16:30 , just wanted to point out, those dates aren't necessarily of conquered places but of places where the portuguese sailors arrived for the first time. Also, that map was offered to Portugal by South Africa. Hope you guys had a great time in Lisbon and do return, always welcome!

Thank you for the clarification as well regarding the meaning behind the dates. Pretty amazing tourist attraction and thanks for acknowledging my effort in not pronouncing anything incorrectly but if I did, no offense was intentionally made 😀
