I loved Singapore I stayed for one month, and loved all their specialty dishes, especially the chili crab and they’re steam chicken over rice was their signature dish and the Ramen noodles and the homemade steamed dumplings. Everything was delicious. I took a boat ride up the canal at the Quay and shopped at all the little shops, and went to Chimes to Sunday Mass there, such beautiful church very special place. I can’t wait to go back.

@@fomoyolotravelTian Tian is too commercialised now due to their busy business. They have cut off supply for garlic ginger sauce, dark soy sauce and chicken soup which are the soul of chicken rice. I prefer Ah Cai Chicken rice which is few stores away next to Tian Tian. The boss is the ex-chef from Tian Tian.

My fav. place forlunch🎉is at a small Indonesia stall at basement of the the World Plaza? I've forgotten the name but this plaza is at Orchard rd next to a small cafe which is next to the Bee Chiang sweet pork squares. This plaza is just before the Singapore plaza which is next to the MRT. The small stall serves home- cooked Malay food. Its right at the end of the small food Court and it has its own Kopitiam with tables and chairs for customers of the Indonesian stall. 🎉
