Strutmasters builds a set. It is not a universal set, so it’s specific to the vehicle. I’ve done plenty of chassis work, but I would still leave this for Strutmasters to do. Cost? About $1100 for a set, plus $400 to $500 labor.

You need to move the key to the run mode, not to accessory on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee North Edition. Maybe some models are different? You should pin a comment to the top so that everyone will know this slight variation from what you said in the video.

I'll be trying this on my 2009 GS450H. I find that I have to mess with the controls more often when driving in the rain compared to on cars without automatic wipers. Sometimes the rain is heavy and it only wipes every few seconds, other times in light rain it goes on full speed mode. So annoying and distracting.

Thank you for posting this video it took care of the problem I recently took our vehicle to a certified Toyota dealer for a routine oil change and when we got home the tailgate remote was not working I don't know if this was done on purpose to get us to come back to the dealership but it took care of the problem

I inherited one of these from a relative. This car is a pain. Who the hell creates a car where the battery is in the trunk and you need power to open the trunk. This is one of the dumbest design decisions I've seen in any product. Do other cars have this "feature"?

There’s a connection point under the bonnet (hood) to power up the vehicle temporarily, in order to open the trunk. The Citroën C6 has the same (although the Frenchie has merely an electric release - not a powered opener. Aaaanyway, your complaints (both of you) are addressed in this man’s video… 🤗 It pays to keep up with technology and with current events… 🙄

Yes, I will agree The W222‘s interior is one of the best ever made but the w223 is the biggest joke interior I’ve seen in my life for an S class. It doesn’t come anywhere near the new 7 series and it completely destroyed my respect for the S class
