I am trying to repeat the analysis in JASP. What type of ANOVA should be used. I have entered weight as the dependant variable and treatment as a fixed factor.. If I enter the distance from river and dist from road then I am told there are less than 2 observations after grouping so an ANOVA test cant be run. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not understand where the sum x2 value of 11728.67 comes from. When I do the calculation it is 11940.43. What am I doing wrong?

(34.45×34.45)+(66.42×66.42)+(52.54×52.54)+(58.05×58.05) = 11728.67 The calculation in the video is correct. Please check if you're mistakenly adding the column total as well, i.e. 211.46. Because I guess that is the only source of mistake that you're doing.

You can get the critical F values from F distribution table available in some book or through any online calculator for F test for ANOVA. If your question is about the probability levels, the 0.05 and 0.01 are critical probability levels. You can watch my video on probability for that.
