I am really enjoying binging your content. My secret to getting through hell, for 2 decades now, is to not think about it at all if I can help it. I pretend it’s not happening. In other words I don’t think about the extent and the duration and the future. I stay as much as possible in the present moment. When I am in pain or can’t breath, or my heart rate is 200/beats a minute and pounding in my abdominals, and other horrible symptoms you have no choice but to be hyper focused and try to get through it all. But the rest of the time I distract myself with my hobbies and interests just as if I am a healthy person. I’m homebound and mostly bed bound so I can’t do most of what I want to do but I try not to think about that either. If you think about everything too much it can be a bad thing. So I would be careful with meditation if it causes thought to pop into your head and you get deep into them. The better way is to gently move those thoughts out.

If you are throwing up that makes me thing of SMAS or Gastroparesis. Sibo can cause nausea but it’s more about excess bloating. In order to improve sibo you need to improve motility. Maybe ask for a prokinetic like Motegrity or try something natural like Ginger and Artichoke capsules. Either way you should do a Smart Motility Pill or at least Gastric Emptying Study😊 If it’s Sibo do a breath test and the motility will help move out the bad bacteria and it can help the gastroparesis if that is there.

Kinda have an issue with this. 1st you didn’t address how to make friend if you are homebound from your chronic illness which many people are. There is a huge difference for a chronically ill person who isn’t vs. someone who is. And worse people that are bed bound. They don’t get to interact with people to show them any part of their personality. And even people who had friends and then become homebound those healthy friends eventually lose contact with you. And not all family handles chronic illness well either. So it can be an extremely lonely existence whether the person wants friends won’t matter. It sucks and if someone has to tell themselves it’s better that way because their healthy friends deserted them well more power too them because a lot of rough situations just call for a lot of denial to get through.

Kinda hit hard when you said “you just don’t want to be the guy who is disabled” that’s me, you don’t want to be me basically, you don’t want my life. That hit’s hard. Yeah I wouldn’t want this on my worst enemy.

I went from watching the routine video to this. I have a really horrible chronic illness and I can tell you from experience things can always be worse. At least that’s what I tell myself even though I have one of the worse chronic illnesses in the history of chronic illness . Just have to live in a constant state of denial to get through it all.

You havent lived until your stoma squirts out and hits the bathroom wall. Thats livin :) Im much better at how I eat and manage my output. No food after dinner, and only a light snack the next day. For one thing it makes changes easier. Second, during the day I generally have minimal output, if any. So no risk of tragic events unfolding at work. Good luck! We are alive!

Your attitude to life is amazing!!! You should be very proud of yourself. I had an incurable disease of my nervous system, fibromyalgia. I had it for 6 years and I walked with a cane for 3 years. I was passing out from the pain. I was on shots containing morphine. When you have constant pain 24/7, and other symptoms, it wears you out. I was so depressed, that I was ready to finish my life, as I did not know if I could take my pain any longer. I did extensive research of the power of our mind and I healed myself 100%. My doctor was shocked by what I have accomplished, and he wrote in my medical records that I healed myself with the power of my mind. It has been 16 years I am perfectly healthy!!! I am full of energy and feel fantastic every day. I feel so grateful!!! Our mind is so powerful!!! Sending you lots of love 💝💝💝

I am a physician my self and in my 3rd year of medical school I fell sick, chronically sick. Before I graduated I was told by my PCP that I am medically unfit to practice medicine. I live alone by myself since a decade in a developing country where resources are limited, I have good days bad days and very bad days. I feel you! I have no family support but at least you have a good family that support you whatever happens. I need to work a full time job to support myself.
