This video randomly showed up on my KZbin homepage and I clicked out of curiosity on the title. As a self-identified "foodie", this video made me suddenly grateful for a lot of things I take for granted everyday. Your story is absolutely incredible. Some days, I'm too busy at work to eat or I forget to eat; I'm definitely going to slow down and appreciate the meals I can have. There are so many things in the culinary world for you to discover, you deserve the world my guy. If you ever find yourself in Denver, Colorado, I know a ton of the best places and the chefs, and I'd love to show you around.

Hey thank you so much! I just booked my first solo flight to Utah to visit my cousin/best friend haha.
