Is it possible that the morning symptoms are only present now because of the benefits of the mat . Maybe the mat is working and revealing another problem. Iron deficiency, thyroid (iodine deficient)?????

I have had the opposite experience! But it has only been 1 night with my mat. Over the past two weeks I had been sleeping really well with vivid dreams. That's just from grounding outside for several hours per day. Last night I was tossing and turning and huffing and puffing with my mat. Woke up much earlier than usual also. So I think my circadian rhythm is starting to get rebalanced to how it should be. Now I just need to go to sleep earlier 🙂 I have read that sleep can be worse when first using a mat so I will give it a few more nights. Body may just need to adjust and then I will sleep like a baby again 😊🤞

I used to sleep like a rock too and have trouble waking up. Turns out I have sleep apnea. Since I got a cpap machine, I have no trouble waking up.

Check your outlet to make sure it is not faulty. Some people have had very bad experiences with incorrectly installed electrical outlets affecting their results negatively.

I used to sleep heavily and have trouble waking in the beginning of my dysautonomia. Now that the disease has advanced I struggle to sleep at all. Perhaps your body is excited about the opportunity to repair itself and is trying to keep you in bed to do some much needed healing. Take it easy and be good to yourself. You might also find value in Dr. David Brownstein's work on iodine.

I use one. And diet has a big deal to do with how your body reacts. If its busy fighting poison from certain foods.. it idnt going to heal u like u may want. And if youre not trying to cut toxic food out then youre still going to be sluggish. Cut sugar. Go to honey. Cut fast food cook more greens or eat fresh greens. Dont cake your greens with crazy dressings either the dressings have chemicals for flavor... get back to natural.. oils and herbs and greens .. water good water with ph over 9.5... also paired with a parasite cleanse wow wow wow. Parasites cause so much sluggish shit in your body. Yes we all have parasites. Its grose. Do something about it though. Evict them

I just got mine yesterday, washed it and put it on. I ended up unplugging it within 15 minutes. I felt anxious, and I can feel it. Really was hoping it would help me. I’m sitting on my bed for awhile today to see how I feel, but probably won’t sleep with it quite yet.

Your niche is really good. If you search for 'pilates' on KZbin, you'll find hundreds of channels with millions of views and subscribers. Your content is great, and people who see it on KZbin will definitely want to click on it because of your appearance. However, KZbin may not suggest your channel to others because your video doesn't fulfill their algorithm's requirements. KZbin's algorithm works based on tags, keywords, and a good description. You can improve this yourself if you take the time to learn and implement these strategies.

I’ve been sleeping on one (directly next to outlet, on skin, all night) and I immediately noticed that the majority of the stiffness and soreness in my knees and joints is gone. I couldn’t remember the last time my body felt this good in that mornings, I typically struggle with mobility for the first hour or 2 of the day, every day. Now those sensations are almost gone… I’m honestly in disbelief I didn’t expect to work THIS well.

First night with just three 15-minute sessions was a 75% reduction in overall discomfort and stiffness, and within 48 hours and one full night I was about 90% relieved of pain I was thinking would need medical attention. Five nights in and getting better by the day. I’ve regained mobility. 🎉 The mats are a bit difficult to get used to sleeping on, IMHO, but the body seems to push right past that resistance and falls into deep, restorative sleep. My thought was you might be getting too much grounding for your system to deal with. Try using it off the bed for 30 minutes a day and slowly build up from there. That might work.

The first night I used it i struggled hard to get out of bed, and waking up usually is easy for me. It hasn't been that intense ever since but I do sleep like a ROCK. No more waking up in middle of night. I dont usually rave about things like this. But the grounding sheet changed my life. It's only been 2 weeks but my chronic stomach inflammation and shoulder and jaw tension nearly COMPLETELTY went away overnight. I do live across the street from the Tower of Americas though, the tallest satellite around. And I'm on the 3rd floor so I think the grounding sheet was extra beneficial for me. I already did all the other healthy things but no matter what, those problems wouldn't go away. Now I'm finally pain free and it's amazzzzzzzzing 😊🌸

@FlowwithVanessa to detox. We live life full of heavy metals, chemicals, bacteria etc etc..takes time.. I have heard of people running detox's in conjunction with the mats to speed the process up. Same concept as if you where to lay outside and sleep on the ground everynight would that be bad for you?

@FlowwithVanessa also u should check your home to see if your house is properly grounded. With a ground rod. Some homes don't even have a ground rod which means those mats wouldn't work unless they drove a ground rod in your home. You can test this by searching for electrical videos. It's super simple.

My wife and I have been using a grounding mat on our bed for the last several months, and it's made a huge difference for us, both in terms of sleep and getting better deeper sleep, and also in terms of body aches and pains, especially for my wife. We love them! I can't wait to hear what you think!

@@marianneyag4106 go for it! I would recommend starting slowly - 20 mins at first and working up to the whole night. Everyone seems to be affected differently. I wasn’t using the mat for pain so don’t have anything to report on that.

I heard if you are within 8 ft from an outlet you become like a lightening rod to ground, draining. I also heard that grounding to an outlet subject's you to dirty energy, also draining. So I guess the optimum is a mat grounded to the earth in the center of a 60 ft room! Keep interested! We'll figure it out!

You may be sensitive. As I am. A grounding mat for your feet throughout the day may be more beneficial if you’re waking up feeling groggy.
