Yes, Jenna Jones is very incompetent. I have filed a complaint against two Kaiser doctors Aisha Beg and Joseph Moody for medical malpractice and wrongful death three years ago. Since then I have been trying to get a hold of her but she never answers any of my email and phone calls. When I tried to escalate it to the President of MBC Kristina Lawson whom never responded to me either, Jenna Jones had the audacity to close my complaint/case without investigation into these incompetent doctors who KILLED my Mom. Now I am going all the way to the California Senators to deal with her and MBC. You would think Jenna Jones had learned her lesson after this hearing. She needs to get fired for not doing her job.

I personally had the best experience with doctor Mowlavi. I had a package deal, so I had a ton done in one day, ie: butt lift, high def lipo, but it was worth it. Yes, I got infected. It was my fault. I was supposed to get the fluids pushed out every two days, I didn't want to miss my visit with my son so I postponed to 3.5 days, came home and pushed more fluids out on my own through the port they created in my central diamond. Went to urgent care, got antibiotics for my stupid mistake, and by God,I was fine. I mean it was extremely uncomfortable for at least 2 months, but I did it almost 7 years ago, it still looks amazing. Thank you, Dr Mowlavi. I don't believe anything they say. Forgive me if I am incorrect, but even if anyone died, maybe they didn't take aftercare seriously. I really thought I was going to die that night in urgent care. But it was not your fault. It was my stupid mistake. I should have taken aftercare very seriously. I'm not above everyone, I don't get to bypass aftercare instructions because my sh*t is just so on point. No. Do your aftercare right. Period. And thank you Dr M. You made my life so much better. I feel confident in my self after the surgery. ❤

This guy runs a place called SeaCoveMedSpa in Huntington beach now. Advertises on Groupon. You cant find it on google, or know who the “Dr” or person operating is till you get there. He doesn’t answer calls and will text you the address after making an appt. Im not sure if this secrecy is because of his bad reputation or because he is not allowed to be practicing at all It’s a tiny room that looks like someone’s operating out of their basement. Things scattered no sanitation or professional set up. Very dodgy looking. He’s very heavy handed, uses “Gana Ha” filler since its cheaper and claims its the same as other fillers like Juvederm. And acts very casual about dissolving fillers if desired. Please beware, no before or after pics taken. And injects very lumpy superficial lips.
