Judge Katherine Feinstein, a then sitting board member of the Medical Board of California, calls the board out for egregious errors by one of their own "experts" that led the Attorney General's Office to recommend closing a complaint against a dangerous doctor.
Why is the California Legislature refusing to understand these examples??
