I dont think its so much that Shimizu is not such a big character so far, I think the main characters are clearly Hinata and Kageyama, so we have been riding mainly their pov. And they do not have that much of a relationship with Shimizu. Hinata gets so nervous around her he cannot even pronounce her name right most of the times. They are just not as close. Hinata hits it off with Yacchi from the start so we get her character way more
