Thank you for your question! The Lyric is not as powerful as our other premium hearing aids. It covers up to 90 decibels but not above. It also does not have modern features due to its size. Larger hearing aids offer features such as Bluetooth, streaming, health tracking, translation functions, and many more. Because the Lyric is so small, these features were removed. However, the Lyric is the best recommendation if you have tinnitus. This is a justified concern. We do experience some Bluetooth issues with some smartphone devices. However, during the purchasing process, we work together with our clients to ensure they have the perfect hearing aid solution. By doing so, we have not experienced any of these issues before. The videos we post on our KZbin channel also help us educate our clients on changing the filter or maintaining their hearing aids in the best condition!

At a service point, they can have ear impressions made, either with a mold or a 3D scan. This will be sent to us, and we will have the hearing aids fabricated by the official supplier. Unfortunately I do not understand your question. If your ears require an examination, we advise you to seek professional health care from your physician or a doctor who specializes in ear care. We do not examine the ears of our clients. A remote hearing test can be done, or if you already possess an audiogram, we can simply fit the hearing aids to your needs. Does that answer your question? That is an excellent question. We only sell premium hearing aids with functionality that supports remote adjustability (with a few exceptions). Via the software and smartphone connectivity, the hearing care professional can connect to the hearing aids for remote adjustments while the wearer is in certain environments, e.g., a restaurant, store, or busy street. This way, we can fit the hearing aids with the best settings based on the environment the wearer finds the most troubling.

Why do we need to rely only on specific audiologists, why can't we choose our own audiologist, that can program the lyric to our own needs then in the future do our own self replacement until we need program adjustments based on our hearing level changes? I live in a city that does not have a provider that works with lyric so I would need to drive to nearby larger cities that offer such audiologists and in our busy life, that is not practical for me. I have been wearing hearing aids for decade and I won't have issues replacing my own lyric whenever needed, so why the need for an out of town distant aufiologis, why can't it be our audiologist programing lyric to our needs in our own town, then practicing self replacement until change in program is needed?
