Good for sound and speech quality, but terrible for charging. Every time you charge it again you need to carefully clean the contacts, otherwise it won't charge. The charging light on the box is also poorly designed, as if it turns orange it cannot charge the two devices. This means that if I put the appliances on charge with the light green, but after 10 minutes it turns orange, I will find the appliances empty.

Thank you for your review. Do you regret not choosing the normal not rechargable Signia Silk with battery? I wonder why the battery in the charging station is so small that it can only charge the device 3-4 times...

the latest generation of signia silk does not come with a replaceable battery, but only a rechargeable one@@miracoli16

I am trying a pair of Rexton iic hearing aides from Costco which I heard were the same as the Signia X 7 and they work really well. They have the battery in them, I would prefer the rechargeable. Would you say these rechargeable ones work as well as the ones with the battery, I would much rather have the rechargeable version.

The crappiest hearing aids ever. My brand new hearing aids are not keeping charge. My audiologist sent them back to Signia, and after two weeks, they returned them without fixing the issue. Now I am stuck with them for next three years because my insurance pays for hearing aids once every three years 😡
