Wow, what a powerful video! Stoicism is such a valuable philosophy that helps us navigate through the chaos of everyday life. It's amazing how it teaches us to let go of the things we can't control and focus on finding peace in the here and now. Thank you for sharing this important message, it's a reminder we all need in our fast-paced world.

I have read the awesome book: „The Sword of Discipline“ by Hattori Hanzo. It really helped me for my mental strength. Maybe it could help you as well? Stay focused!🥷🏻🥷🏻🫵🏻

It be interesting if the story explored what containment of this infection would be like if they had a more modern understanding of the plague and how to contain it.

The description in the video is about Zen Buddhism. Zen Buddhism was founded about 2000 years before Musashi. The one who discovered that Dhyana (aka Zen) can be practised while moving was the 28th Buddhist patriarch Boddhidarma some 500 years BC. Zenmaster Takuan Soho taught swordmaster Yagui Munenori in the 16th century about what happens when one's thoughts are put on anything at all (i.e. one has earthly thoughts). This is written in the book The Unfettered Mind. Musashi lived when the Munenori and Soho lived, so he might well have learned about Munen Muso, without earthly thoughts.
