People lack wisdom because they’re a few teachers of wisdom and truth. And we taught not to pay for wisdom that we should be smart already because we go to school . school does not teach wisdom but how to do a task and sometimes not very well like approaches in psychology that disregards truth or truth has no value

Why are you guys mad at the older guy? He’s absolutely correct. $400k a year will do a lot for you, but it won’t be “free”. You will never be totally free of course unless you’re in the .0001%, but if you want, say, the ability to go where you want, when you want you’re gonna need your own jet, and you aren’t gonna have that on a $400k yearly budget

Imagine being on the same team and you getting upset that your fellow team member is playing the game better than you. If you're on the same team, that's something to celebrate. 😂

Ofc 1on1 schooling is better if you have the know how yourself or can pay top of the line teachers. Teaching 30 kids in a class is not efficient. Not to mention the teachers quality.

That’s $400k a year and no mortgage payment. The worst thing you’ll be forced to pay is property taxes on that $5m property. But that’ll only eat up maybe $50k in property taxes. Leaving you with $350k. Maybe set aside another $50k for needs and the other $300k is just fun money.

I'd say 10 mil since it's pretty much the minimum amount. You need to buy yourself a nice house and then also have a few rental properties. You'll have some left over which you can put into savings or you can spend it. I guess I'd put it into savings but like those households will just generate you money. Passive income is slow but efficient

I'm pretty sure it is taxable. Also this is a complicated say of saying you put your daughter on the payroll in a b******* job that doesn't really exist. So you have an excuse to pay your money and then instead of directly paying her money you simply put that money into a real estate investment so that she'll be set up in the future

Grant is absolutely in love with making money 💴. No amount is ever enough for someone that’s in love with the game of making money, because their goal is not financial freedom, their goal is to obsessively make money, and more is never enough!

Grant Cardone is of the mindset you have to think bigger and he is right . He has said a millionare is broke . A million is no longer a lot of money . He is simply saying to think bigger . Think that 400k a year is not a lot of money and aim higher . In this he is saying to him 10 million is not a lot .

There is no freedom if you fail to include “wanting less” into your calculus. Like time, insatiability is undefeated.
