Loathsome industry. Turning real estate people want to own because they want to be a home owner and have a stable place into a commercial property. Let’s all just own a house to rent it out to our neighbors and we rent from the neighbors. Human centipede loop. It’s not creating anything. The cardone paradox is buying a home is dumb to live in, why buy to rent??

If you are in cross roads or need sincere advice on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets. It's better to hire a skilled financial planner especially if you're not one yourself. I hired one, after my retirement pension took a hit in April due to the crash

Grant Cardone makes several interesting points. Having heard part of his poignant life story and struggles I emphasize with his message about not letting people label you or not letting medication take away that creative energy. However viewers should make their own opinion about the medication. A two minute video is too short to make a generalization. Medication can save lives, especially ADHD medications which are proven for decades to be safe for an overwhelming majority of people as long as they are taken the way they are prescribed and in the dosages prescribed. The thing is medication alone is never the solution and can understandably make many reticent, especially those with addictions and other life experiences. But it's also simplistic to say medication should not be taken as it takes people's creative energy away. Reality is mixed of course and clearly Grant Cardone's energy and persistence is what brought him success. His victory against addiction, which may be related to a disorder like ADHD is admirable. For many of us the medication gives us a fighting chance. Also, medication is always supervised by a physician. To end my two cents, Grant Cardone was labeled different and many successful people are often different. He embraced who he is and has achieved more than most. That is the inspiring message.

I've been making a lot of looses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
@RupanShona10 сағат бұрын
Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It's important to remember that trading involves risks and it's normal to face looses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies

Grant is wrong on the buying a single family home thing. I get what he is saying but if you don't buy a home it's not like you are living for free. All that rent money you are paying is just going straight into the trash. Buying a home you pay the same if not less than you would when renting, you are building equity, and your payments don't go up every year like they do when you are renting.

Rent control is actually good for the renter. It prevents landlords from price gauging under inflationary periods. The reason we have people losing their apartments is because landlords have raised rents 20-50% across the nation. Most people are on a fixed income so this devastates people while contributing to the homeless epidemic.
