Here in Nigeria we pay cash to go to college and in turn the government pays you to intern for 1yr in institutions related to your field of study It has its own advantage but less focused on producing self-sufficient individuals. @@angel-ij4xv Student debt is mostly a false narrative. Half of bachelor's degree holder have 0 to no debt. Other half have around 30k. Most of the debt are helded by those with master's, law, and doctoral degrees who are higher paid and least likely to be unemployed. Half of college graduates are unemployed/underemployed. What they don't tell you is that many of them are women who married higher earning men and became stay at home moms and work part time. Yes, much or most of the student loans aren't being paid off because a lot of people rather go on vacations and have fun spending money.....rather pay them off. They are betting on the gov't cancelling their student loans, so they push this false narrative of not being able to pay it off.

The other thing to me is....why the f anybody want to live a life where they are just working straight out of high school? That's just a sad life. i understand that people have different financial situations but I don't see why any rich person would want to send their kids straight to work. You got all your life to work and working is really sad. I mean, why even finish high school if you're not going to college? Do you even need middle school to buy and sell property??

The problem with all these advices is that it doesn't apply to most people. For most people, they are average and have limits. The average millionaire wouldn't know how to make 10 million a year. Somebody who is worth 400 million wouldn't know how to make 100 million a year since they took all their lives to make 400 million. Unfortunately, most people have lower limits. It's just sad that people keep pushing it onto average people...how about you make a billion a year!
