Girl, you get split ends coz you don’t put oil and butters on your ends. You won’t retain length without oil/ shea butter on your ends a few times a week

Her hair looks pretty either way. But when I saw her mixing that relaxer up, I got second hand scalp burns just from looking. I sure dont miss that or my hair being stuck to my scalpbfor the 1st few days 😂

For myself, I am not a fan of relaxers and perms but I also do not have the same hair thickness as you do. Your hair is gorgeous either way. What matters is what makes you feel good!

a developer was put in my conditioner sadly so i have to grow it and keep trimming it. i love my natural texture. i use gel to stretch it sometimes if i want to manipulate it.

I’m not relaxed…but deep conditioning and rollersetting my hair weekly has greatly helped my curls relax. I still have my same curl pattern but they are def looser. I’ve been doing them weekly for about 6 weeks. I’m putting my Hair in mini twists soon for 6 weeks to revive my curls (usually just leaving my hair natural and deep conditioning weekly tightens my curl pattern). Rollersetting has been really helpful in length retention and relaxed curl pattern.

Hellooo someone pls help me I have 3b curls in all of my hair except one patch. That patch is 4a it just grew all of a sudden and I want to use the relaxer to make it the same texture as the rest of my hair. The thing is that I don’t know for how long I have to apply it for the hair to become 3b. And do you have to do this for days or is it just one day?
