Bro I also have android phone Realmi c21y and I try to using power button and up down button for hard resetting many times but this not work out. Can you please help me with a steps or video.

@@TamaneBoge double check if your volume down button is working or not. if dose work than you should be okay if not you need to fix it, at a repairing outlet.
