Sorry, for the inconveniences caused, but it's just a Hard Resetting techniques that you can follow. We know the video was not clear but as we were on rush to help out a customer to bypass the phone password not FRP for Google Account. Alright, yes the video is not quite clear because we're on a rush to help a customer . .. But to do hard reset, all you need to do is remove the phone cover, unscrew the screws and unplug the battery cable to turn of the phone. After that Press volume up plush the Power button... The thing is, u need to unplug the battery. Follow the video by watching closely. 👀

It is the method do hard Resetting as stated on Tutorials thumbnails/the cover. Sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding!.
