For error dev and sda are the same, replace 'sda' with mmcblk0, so now it goes like this: chromeos-install --dst /dev/mmcblk0

A quick hint on this error peeps get wen installing.... "src is same as dst" If your chromebook has an eMMC disk controller, the destination device is usually /dev/mmcblk0, which will be used as the default. Replace "sda" with "mmcblk0" in the command line so it reads... Chromeos-install --dst /dev/mmcblk0
