When you update the memory. Will you always get the chrome OS is missing error when you upgrade the SSD? Will you always have to run the chromebook recovery utility after you upgrade the SSD?

I’m not really sure, I believe it should be fine since it’s installed as BIOS. But if it doesn’t work then just return to Chrome OS, install your new SSD and then just re-install windows.

JD The Bomb That depends on how you are going to use it, if you will install a bunch of games/programs then probably 1TB will be required, however if you are just planning on writing word documents then probably 64GB will be enough.

@@TheUtuber999 Im speaking about this specific model, the Acer C720, I am unaware of any chromebooks with removable RAM as chromebooks tend to be cheap and integrated RAM is cheaper to produce.
