Hi, regarding hand luggage you can bring a carry-on bag and a personal item. I don't know about the weight, I can't really tell you. I didn't print the ticket at home because I had a lot of difficulty doing the check-in. So since it opens three hours earlier at the airport I went to do it directly there.

I think I will fly on United Airlines on a long haul flight. So I will fly there but I can't really compare it to Delta and American Airlines because I have flown them and done the trip report on a long haul

It was actually a very positive experience: they served me not only rice with chicken but also a very good pasta with cream of zucchini and bacon. Also for a 6 hour flight not all airlines give you an amenity kit and a blanket. There was a huge selection of movies and good cameras to look outside. The seats were very comfortable and it had a good recline. The crew was kind and friendly throughout the flight. I don't agree with you in saying that it was an average experience.

I flew Munich to Los Angeles in an A380 Lufthansa which was almost empty, same for New York to Copenhagen with SAS A350. Both flights I was able to sleep in the 3 seats

You flew on amazing planes with the possibility to enjoy their comfort to the fullest. I must say that when I have three empty seats, as in this case, the flight is much nicer

I just finished a round trip with Turkish Airlines. Maybe next year I can try one of their b787s

​@myflight if your going from Europe to Australia, maybe you should try the London-Perth Route operated by Qantas? And then when you return from Australia, you can try American on Brisbane to dallas (maybe, idk)
