Thanks for another good trip report. Do you find the Heathrow terminals as much of an ugly nightmare as I do? (I'm British, so I can say that 🤣)

Terminal 5 (BA) is the most tolerable of them. Best thing about Heathrow is the well-connected and reasonably price hotels if you're stopping over especially from T4.

I confirm what you two say: on the one hand, Heathrow doesn't connect the terminals well, but if you sleep nearby it's very easy to reach it

Legroom was 'phenomenal' as you were seated in an emergency exit row. Otherwise, even in the disgrace that passes for business class on BA these days, it is far from phenomenal. As for those silly snacks and the free coke, big deal.
