Buzz word junkie title ...First off, no one but a PRO or someone trying some ~national-level running actually needs to know their V02 #... So 95% of the people running have no real use of this number. *This number is in all of us and yes it does matter* ..lol But, like an IQ, we all have that number and who cares what it actually is? lol Trying to raise either of these numbers is NOT a stroll in the park... Git it? lol

Plants cause leaky gut. Why would you tell people to eat them. Your only advice to healing the gut lining is to eat animal products. Which is the only good advice you gave.

Just over a decade ago exercise physiolgy instructors recommended eat carbs within 30 minutes because that's when Glut4 receptors were open for storing glycogen. Is there new research that changes that recommendation?

Bone broth is way to strong for people who have leaky gut and histamine issues! Chicken broth which is a lot shorter cook time is actually better. However, when someone’s leaky gut is so bad that they have histamine intolerance/ MCAS/ food allergies and/or sensitivities fermented food products are out of the question. I cannot do any fermented products and have to stay away from high histamine foods. I guess I need a really good probiotic!

Try growing wheat grass on soil and eat some of the soil. It will kill you if you have a dop of pesticide. Also tudca and hcl will help digest. Prolonged fasting will help you heal.

I see all these comments this is just my opinion and Experience. You have to be on a strict diet means no treating yourself to candy McDonald’s as most of you do. No soda coffee milk as most do and then say oh this didn’t work bone broth drink every other day. Eat well cooked spinach mushrooms onions only eat cold meats and in small meals. No snacks chips or French fries. Drink water take raw honey a teaspoon every other day. go for walks exercise makes a big impact into the healing as well. And time don’t expect in a week your better do this for a year minimum. And in 6 months start to eat fruits but small amounts and once a week. It’s about rotating your diet not over eating. No smoking or alcohol or drugs. if you really want to get better you will follow this. And I learned all this from my errors I would start a diet and then treat myself and the pain came back over and over. I would start to feel great and then I would detour for my diet and bam I got sick again. Stick with my suggestion it will work if your conditions are like mine and trust being sick feeling like shzzzzt is no fun. This is just what I did I hope if you try it can lead you to the path that works for you.

I am from ERITREA. And, the food from Eritrea contains about 25 spices and 5 herbs. I believe spices have a medicinal effect on the entire body. Therefore, I try to eat Ethiopian/Eritrean food as much as possible.
