Fabulous! This is now my Go-To Apple Strudel recipe! Great video! I did double the apple filling though (not the cream filling) and still used the two sheets of puff pastry - perfect!

Onions to remove pungent flavor Peppers to reduce the heat & soften them . Tomatillos - are generally dry and the skin is tough . Boiling them will soften the flesh .

Looks great 👍 What kind of Garam masala has been used ? Looks much darker than masalas we get in the stores, is this sathavnicha gharghuti masala? Please specify as excessive hotness in masalas can ruin the whole taste.

I have used store-bought masala. If you are concerned about the spiciness, I suggest using half the amount initially. Do a taste test and add more if needed.

Just what I was looking for, btw folks 100 grams cream cheese is approx 1/3- 1/2 cup of per conversion charts that I looked up.

This looks really good, with the surprising and interesting addition of a cream cheese layer. Since were going non-traditional, I think I'd substitute dried cranberries for the raisins (since I love the color and tartness), and also sub bourbon for the rum (since it goes so great with autumnal dishes). Maybe a sprinkling of turbinado sugar crystals over the top before baking. Thanks for the recipe!
