Consonance, Pete! Research is showing that we process old memories at different times from new memories during sleep. Never fight the pillow! Fight using it, maybe, as it seems to be a weapon superior than nuclear fission & those pointy tubes which people have used for 800 years - mostly because they were irritable from lack of sleep, science also tells us! Speaking of pointy tubes, the Andean pan pipes, with different rhythms and melodies in high villages are a folk music worth exploring. The multiple tubes allow shorter note changes than can occur in mechanical woodwinds -which means more musical options from grave' to prestissimo. Check it out in whatever depth you can from America del Norte!

Unfamiliarity with the genre makes it reminiscent of Brazilian and the famed Jazz flautists of 35-50 years past. That is also reminds of Peter's unique works would seem to require a repackage of his - your - compositions (I have been through about 3 laptops which, when they died dragged off all I had of Peter's works. I don't know if this is a loss common to others, as i sit here dependent upon whatever is uploaded, having been unable to retrieve music from dead tech. Should have backed files up? but having obsolete floppy discs and lost external thumbdrives, it is time to once again possess some sort of concentrated music files . . .
