This is INCREDIBLY HELPFUL WOW!!! AMAZING!! Thank you so so much this has helped me incredibly! One question I do just have is... for my evaluation points do I bring in these examples you have stated like (OCD, LEARNING theories etc.) or do I just use that for the AO1 where i am describing the debate? :)
@scarlettalexaaa Жыл бұрын
usually i have the examples in my ao1 then for my evaluations i'll talk about whether the issue or debate is scientific, evidence for and against like studies, or it's application so you could try that :)

Hello, for AQA are we meant to know how to calculate the observed value for multiple different tests e.g. Chi Square, Spearman's Rho etc... My teacher has taught us how to calculate the observed value for all of these but my friend on the exact same exam board at another school has said they've been told they only need to know how to calculate a sign test, and this is also in line with the spec. Are we given the formulas in the exam? My friend at my current school said this, and that maybe that's why in the spec it doesn't say we have to calculate Spearman's Rho or Chi Square. I'm very confused - for now I'm just going to stick to knowing how to calculate Sign Test and not the others because I'm very confused at how to work out the others.

You only need to calculate the sign test for AQA

A quick question - could temperature be considered a ratio measurement if using the kelvin scale (where there is a base zero - 0K is absolute zero, you can’t get negative kelvin temperature readings)?

For psychology there is a lot of content, what is the best way to take in all of the information? Also when do you think i should start exam practice? Like doing all of the papers to master the exam technique. As i am self studying this year, how long do think i should spend on psychology each day. Thank you for the support.
@graveneypsychology5 жыл бұрын
I would get the spec and break it down bullet point by bullet point for your revision. Go over the content then reduce the content to a few bullet points for A01 and A03. Timing wise I’d count through all the bullet points you need to cover and break it down to doing maybe 5 a day
