I believe you should use parsley instead of koriander. There is no koriander in the salata as well. Should be flat parsley.

Hello, I saw your Adana kebab recipe video while browsing KZbin, you only convey incorrect information about our kebab to people in your video, so I want to warn you, if you want the original recipe, I can convey it to you, you never put cooked pepper and parsley in Adana kebab, for your information, you are misleading people, I make this comment completely out of my sincerity, thank you. :))

You don't need to deep fry everything you make. There are alternative methods for people who want to reduce their oil intake.

Came out well but you put too many chilies. I had to put literally have the amount and it's still hot. Needed cheese at the end and another glass jar of sauce to bring it down. Otherwise an amazing recipe

Salt and chilli are something that can be adjusted to taste for each recipe as everyone has a different taste bud ☺️

I prefer mutton pilau (sloona chawal) more then biryani... I usually do not use oven but just cover the lid with tea towel and put it on low heat to steam up (process called Dum) at the end for 7 to 10 mins.

It is at first whilst the pastry is hot. Once cooled, it hardens slightly.

Hi, this looks great! 1) I cannot find the recipe on your videos page as you have not uploaded a video of this pasta. Please direct me to where I can find it 2) Does this taste like the Manjaros recipe?
@Foodatives5 ай бұрын
Hi, it's called spicy chicken and sweetcorn pasta. If you go on to my playlists and go to pasta they're all there. If you add the manjaros sauce it does take like that. Thank you 😊

Too much moisture in your mixture. You need to squeeze as much water out from the onions and peppers so it's not too wet and make sure the meat is set in the fridge for a few hours before adding on to the skewers
