I fully agree with every comment on this thread. The film has been one that has haunted me ever since I first watched it. I have almost word out the DVD watching and listening to the dialogue! Just a very sad and ultimately tragic love story, cut short by a very brutal war. This music especially brings tears to my eyes Every time I hear it!

I was watching the movie when I suddently realized I understood the lyrics. Could n t believe it! It s a traditionsl hungarian folk song,typical to a certain hungarian region. it eas a eow moment, as the movie itself as well, brilliant
