Very processed tortillas and not worth the benefits of fiber in that form since you can get fiber from vegetables, beans with cauliflower rice as a base.

I like the commentary and explanation while the workout is playing in the back keep it up! For the last two weeks I have been doing one warm up set then I’ll add heavy weight and go until failure but that stays between 8-12, if I can do more than 12 it’s too light but then the second set I’ll add even more weight imu til failure I’ll aim for about 4-8 and then the last set go heavier again and aim for failure and sometimes I’m only able to get only 1-2 out

Is there a reason to have the all that protein before lunch, instead of spreading throughout the day? What do you use for cooking? Oil? Also what do you do with the yolk? Just throw it out?
@Mrmom71310 күн бұрын
The only reason I like to have that much protein by lunch is to make sure I hit my goal for the day. It works for me. Nothing wrong with spreading it throughout the day as well as long as you hit your goal (in my opinion) I use a combo of olive oil spray and spray butter. If I can find other ways to use the yolks I will (like making French toast👌) but if not, I chunk them. Let me know if you have more ideas besides just throwing them out. 👍
@Xzibit16310 күн бұрын
@ Thanks for replying! Yeah, you can also use the yolks for cakes, tarts, souces, if you eat that :) There’s the issue of storing them for longer, I read that yolks can be frozen but didn’t try it yet.
