Starting your fitness journey can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be! I'm already in the gym so I figured I would press record and hopefully offer some helpful tips. I'll share some practical tips and advice for new gym-goers to help you feel confident, stay motivated, and make the most of your workouts.
