I caught a jack just like that a few years ago. Water was blue and when we hit that green water on the way back trolling i had a bite. Took me 45 minutes to pull that sucker out. Took us off course by like 2 miles lol wildest fight ever. And all yall chillin like homies. Thats dope man.

YES BRO!!! Videos like this get you pumped up! I've eaten some smaller jacks (12ish inches) and IMO they did actually legit taste like tuna... Still yet to get 1st blood on a big boi, but I'm dying to try it out... Awesome content as always man 🤙, shame that people forget that it's fishing at the end of the day... Are you somewhat paralleling the bridge to the Pass, then driving up the beach? We fished that place hard 80's & 90's. Wading with popping rods on artificials targeting big trout...you could keep 20 back then. Occasional jacks, sharks and even tarpon would show up. Tight Lines! 🤠
