Wow.... At least one looks like it's not just a print job that will wear off. Zippos are forever and should be engraved or something that will last even if the paint wears off

I try to grab as low down as possible with a pair of tweezers. I have NEVER been able to pull a zippo wick up without tearing it, now matter how gentle I try to be. This is over 3 different inserts and many, many tries. Why?

in my opinion would be a better lighter if it had flame size control. good for cigars not so great for joints and cigs. the flame is too big. if it had the flame control feature in the button would be perfect. even cheap lighters has this kind of functionality.

@zippo I've got a 1941 replica in brushed brass, in fact. Carried it for 8 years and use it to light my forge every Saturday.

Thank you so much! This tutorial was *exactly* what I needed to get my Zippo working again ❤ Thank you for suggesting needle-nosed pliers and stating that the wick is about 4” long - I had NOT been able to grip firmly enough with my tweezers and was very concerned about pulling out too much wick. I have been hopping around with absolute JOY because of this video :D

Shitty way to explain how to fill it. I tried putting butane in the hole and it didn't light. Took the stuffing out and now I'm trying to put the wick back in the hole. Great tutorial 12/8

petite astuce si vous n'avez pas de pince pour attrapé la méche et la remonté vous pouvez utilisée l'arriere d'un coupe-ongle ! pas la partie coupante !
