I remember watching Tyson Dux a long time ago. Very skilled then. Those being trained by him are very lucky.

I watched wrestling all the time in the 90s but could never understand if the European uppercut was supposed to be the first hitting the other guy or it's supposed to be just the arm/bicep hitting the guy. Is the hit supposed to be an illusion of the fist hitting or what we see with the arm? Also why is it called the European uppercut?

I'm 6 months into training and always looking to improve everything I do. Right now, I'm trying to focus on things I can do at the start of a match, so watching these chain wrestling videos is really helping to engage my brain. Thanks for the time and effort you put into creating these!

I like it. There is a risk he could roll to his belly to alleviate the shoulder torsion. He has too much open space around his head. I wonder if the shotgun armbar is effective.

Well. I know what I’ll be watching consistently between training days. I’m already feeling pumped as hell just watching this! Been in the game for a year and a half now, but I’m wanting to step up my game and really start making a name for myself. This is definitely some good stuff to study!!! Thank you!

I gotta say the professionalism of this school is night and day compared to the shindy school I started out at. Goofy, out of shape mfers acting like children and designing their gear before they can even properly apply a headlock. Wish I had better opportunities around me when I started out.
@alternative75865 ай бұрын
I'm planning on starting soon, do you have any tips about school or anything of the sorts?
@GrampaJoe5 ай бұрын
@alternative7586 To start just be humble and open minded to learning. If you really want to do this you will have to learn how to leave the “wrestling fan” behind in a way and be a student of the game. Although you never really have to stop being a fan, you do have to consider the fact that you are now the one inside the ropes. Act professional and take it seriously, get your diet and physical conditioning up to par as much as you can before you start.
