I'm 6 months into training and always looking to improve everything I do. Right now, I'm trying to focus on things I can do at the start of a match, so watching these chain wrestling videos is really helping to engage my brain. Thanks for the time and effort you put into creating these!

Haha which one of the 20 plus routine and beautiful spots are you referring to and I’ll see if I can break it down

@@classicprowrestlercoach tiger masks stuff would probably be like impossible he was so fast but the ones where Dynamite kid would roll and do sort of a cart wheel and carry on. Chris Benoit also copied that and did it in a lot of his matches

there’s a saying that it “is” a dance, but I definitely agree with your “struggle” point. I think they left it out for training video purposes, but generally school’s should definitely teach selling the holds or at least “slowing” it down.

Sir I know even regular wrestlers would never let the first one happen. Is for WWE or like am I missing something? Not even tryna be rude just genuinely confused...

This is all pro wrestling type movements. I encourage and show grappling that is entertainment based with real technique. I wish it was more like it once was in the 40s - 50s but that’s not the market anymore.
