Right? The writers had a different idea with the first season, and then because of the backlash from Tolkien fans they had to change their direction slightly. Obviously, Sauron was always going to fall since the hobbit and lord of the rings had to happen. But the relationship and FEELING between Sauron and Galadriel in season 1 was nonexistent in season 2. 😢

the entire series suck, The best part is the 25 min in the end of the last episode. All we want is to see Sauron kill many living beings. This feminist shit series was crap. Al i want is to see that female Galadriel die.

OK, i have no knowledge about the whole world since i don't read the books and i can understand the critics about the show but Halbrand, as Sauron, fooled everyone. Isn't this thing evil? I mean yes, everyone expected a better Sauron i guess but Sauron we got in the show was on the business from the beggining

Seeing these two interact certainly explains why Galadriel and Halbrand were written as the easy-going, optimistic characters that we've all come to know and love.
