These two agents are the worst I ever seen in my entire life. Zero class, zero vocabulary, absolutely lacking class furthermore, if your attention is to draw attention to a property you might want to show some enthusiasm about it. If it would be up to me these two idiots won’t have a job the next day. Oh… BTW Mr. Cool ( nooot!) you might want to consider a traditional suit like Tom Ford, Armani etc. when you’re showing multimillion $$$ home. Leave the clown suit home!

This house sat empty for nearly five years. The people who purchased the house from the original own never moved in, file for bankruptcy, and owned over 80 million dollars worth of property in the Dallas area. Squatters moved in, torn the house apart, then investors bought the house. I was on of 10 people who bid on the house. All the curtains and fabrics in house are original and were in the house when the squatter lived in the house. The only thing the flipper did was paint some of the house, and replace some of the limestone outside, and rebuild the poll. For the size of the house, it is a good deal. It needs updating. Painting is not updating, it's maintenance.
